Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many chronic diseases. Plus, staying active is one of the best things you can do for your body, mind, and spirit.
If you do not currently exercise, you may be unsure how to start. A good way to start is by looking at ways to fit in time for exercise. The rewards are great, and it becomes easier with time. Through exercise, you will improve your strength and endurance and feel satisfied that you are taking care of yourself.
